What is Search Engine Optimization?
Ron: A lot of people understand that it stands for Search Engine Optimization, Lisa, but what is SEO really? What does it mean?
Lisa: Basically, SEO is a combination of techniques that you or an internet marketer or someone like myself can apply to your website. Usually on a regular basis, with the end goal being to have your website show up on the first page of Google. Ultimately you want to be in the top one or two spots.
Ron: Not just Google, but all the other search engines, right?
Lisa: Correct, and these are people who can find your company that have not heard of you otherwise. So they’re not necessarily typing in Ron Robinson Studios and you pop up. This is for people who have never heard of you and they just stumble upon your business on the internet.
